Elite is a Deftones tribute with real teeth. Not a karaoke act, an experience. The merch needed that same intensity. Dark, textured, emotionally heavy. We pulled from the same visual language Deftones built their whole career on and pushed it through our own lens. Kevin Scott
Your new favorite designer.
I am a designer, creator, and maker operating out of DFW with over 20 years in the game. Not 20 years of doing the same thing on repeat. It is 20 years of pushing into new mediums, new tools, and new problems that did not have templates.
I hold a Master's degree in Graphic Design with a concentration in web and print, backed by 20+ years designing for the music industry and 14 years of corporate product, branding, and business design. I have built identity systems for bands, creators, and companies that need their brand to perform at every level including packaging, product, digital, merch, web, and print. The technical foundation is locked in. But the taste? That came from years on stage, at the merch table, and in the room where the decisions actually get made.
I design for bands, businesses, and anyone who wants their brand to mean something. Posters. Shirts. Logos. Laser engraved drumsticks. 3D printed merch. Packaging. If it lives in the world and needs to look like it belongs there, that is my job.

Quote status, approval notes, purchase or payment status notes, package selections, and project history needed to track timelines, rights, deliverables, and follow up.
Creator profile details, My Showcase uploads, featured submissions, media links, public bio content, and approval notes connected to public creator placement.
Analytics data such as page views, clicks, traffic source, and general engagement through Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
Public Creator Content
Creator profile information and My Showcase uploads can appear on that creator's public about page after the creator saves or uploads them. Featured submissions are a separate public placement lane and may appear on front row public feature pages after CIC review and approval.
Client Feedback And Creator Review
Client feedback, client concerns, creator messages, admin notes, review decisions, and project history may be used to manage creator visibility, featured placement, quote handoffs, creator access, and site safety. This helps CIC protect clients, creators, and the collective.
Creator Acknowledgments
When a creator acknowledges the onboarding terms or creator agreement, CIC may store the creator name, email, invite or setup reference, timestamp, acknowledgment version, acknowledgment text, source, and browser/user agent details needed to document that acceptance.
What We Do Not Put In Analytics
Names, emails, phone numbers, private project codes, private client room messages, and private CIC message bodies should stay out of analytics tracking. The site uses events to understand behavior without intentionally sending personal details into GA4.

Terms Of Use.
Use the site, portals, and project tools respectfully. The lab is built for creative work, client communication, creator onboarding, public feature lanes, and project organization.
Project And Portal Use
Client rooms are for active project communication, previews, package links, and notes.
CIC Messages are for direct creator communication between the creator and Creep It Creative.
Do not upload illegal, stolen, hateful, or malicious material.
Project quotes, timelines, payment, usage, and deliverables are confirmed directly between the client and the creator or CIC contact handling the work.
Quote Windows And Client Response
Quote packages, concept holds, preview packages, and pending approvals may be treated as inactive after 7 calendar days with no client response, approval, or payment unless CIC agrees in writing to keep the project open. After that window, CIC may close the request, pause the project, reprice the work, release the schedule slot, or make the unpurchased concept available for future use.
Intellectual Property And Usage Rights
All concepts, sketches, mockups, drafts, previews, unused directions, and artwork remain the exclusive property of Creep It Creative until full payment has been received. Upon final payment, ownership and commercial usage rights transfer only for the specific approved design or designs included in the purchased package, invoice, or written agreement.
Concepts, sketches, drafts, alternate directions, and artwork that are not purchased remain the property of Creep It Creative and may be modified, repurposed, reused, or resold at CIC discretion. Final unlocked files, native files, production files, and commercial usage rights may be held until payment is complete.
Creator Profiles, Showcase, And Featured Work
My Showcase uploads are creator profile content and may appear on that creator's about page after upload.
Featured submissions are reviewed and approved by CIC before they appear in public featured areas.
CIC may approve, decline, reorder, rotate, remove, or hold featured placement at its discretion.
Creators can increase their chances of being noticed by promoting their own CIC profile and the CIC site across socials, groups, bios, posts, reels, and other public channels.
Client Feedback, Quality, And Access
Negative client feedback, repeated missed communication, missed deadlines, unresolved disputes, failure to deliver, inappropriate conduct, misuse of client materials, or anything that creates a bad client experience may result in reduced visibility, removal from featured public areas, paused quote handoffs, removal from a specific job, disabled portal access, or removal from the creator collective. CIC may approve, pause, limit, or remove public placement and creator access at its discretion to protect clients, creators, and the site.
Content, Ownership, And Results
Creators and clients are responsible for the material they submit. Final ownership, licensing, usage, and delivery terms should be agreed on before final files are released. Creep It Creative does not promise or guarantee clients, jobs, income, pay, traffic, featured placement, ranking, timelines, or specific results. The site can help create visibility, but the work speaks for itself.
Onboarding Acknowledgment
Creator portal onboarding may require the creator to acknowledge the Terms, Privacy Policy, Creator Agreement, featured submission rules, client feedback standards, ownership standards, and no guarantee language before entering the portal. That acknowledgment may be logged for CIC records.

This page sets the starting expectations for creators inside Creep It Creative. It is plain language on purpose.

CIC may pass main quote requests to a better fit creator when needed.
Creators should collect payment according to their own agreed terms before final unlocked files are delivered.
Use the portal to keep previews, notes, package links, client movement, and CIC Messages organized.

For CIC routed work, quote packages, concept holds, preview packages, and pending approvals may be treated as inactive after 7 calendar days with no client response, approval, or payment unless CIC agrees in writing to keep the project open. Concept Ownership And Unpurchased Work
Concepts, sketches, mockups, drafts, previews, unused directions, and artwork created for CIC routed work remain protected until the job is paid in full. Upon final payment, ownership and commercial usage rights transfer only for the specific approved design or designs included in the purchased package, invoice, or written agreement.
Unpurchased concepts, alternates, sketches, drafts, and directions may not be claimed, copied, produced, sold, or used by the client. Work that is not purchased may be modified, repurposed, reused, or resold at CIC discretion.
My Showcase Vs Featured Submissions
My Showcase uploads are instant profile content. They load into your own about page so clients can see your work, media, links, and examples right away.
Featured submissions are approved through CIC and help push your profile even further by showcasing you closer to the front row for the public.
More eyes on your work can create more chances for the right clients to find you, but featured placement is never a promise of jobs, clients, or pay.
Increase your chances of being featured by promoting yourself on the CIC site and promoting the CIC site itself across the web, socials, groups, bios, posts, reels, and anywhere your audience lives.
Client Feedback And Feature Status
Client feedback matters. Negative client feedback, repeated missed updates, poor communication, missed expectations, unresolved disputes, failure to deliver, inappropriate conduct, misuse of client materials, or anything that reflects poorly on the client experience or CIC may result in reduced visibility, removal from featured front facing areas, paused quote handoffs, removal from the job tied to the concern, disabled creator access, or removal from the creator collective. CIC may take action at its discretion to keep the lab clean, trusted, and useful for everyone.

Creep It Creative does not promise or guarantee clients, jobs, income, pay, traffic, placement, ranking, timelines, or specific results. The collective can help create visibility, but your work, communication, follow through, pricing, availability, and client fit all matter. Your work speaks for itself.

Acknowledgment Before Access
When opening creator portal access from onboarding, the creator may be asked to check an acknowledgment box confirming they understand the CIC Terms, Privacy Policy, Creator Agreement, featured submission rules, client feedback standards, ownership standards, quote windows, and no guarantee of clients, jobs, income, featured placement, or results.
